Shipping
- Any orders over $59 will receive free domestic ground shipping, any order under this amount the customer will be responsible.
- For expedited orders (Overnight or 2nd Day) must be placed by 2pm of that day to ensure the order can be processed and shipped in a timely manner.
-For any International orders the customer will be responsible for all shipping & customs fees/taxes.
Returns
- You can return any of our paddles and net products only within 30 days of date of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied ship the items back to us and we will refund your money.
- The customer is responsible to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.
- All products that wish to be send back for a refund must be in their original packaging, new, unmarked, and unused condition to qualify for a return.
- Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be inspected and processed, and for your refund to be issued. Contact support@pickleballanytime.com with any questions or concerns.
Warranty
Our products are protected against manufacturer defects, material, and workmanship.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an issue arises. To qualify for our warranty, products should not be altered or modified from original form, and proof of purchase must be provided at time of inquiry. Our warranties are as follows:
Paddle Sets: 30 days from date or purchase
Nets/Net Systems: 30 days from date or purchase
Pre-measured Courts: No Warranty
